Notary Connection.. and others.. Slow payers..

Here is my five cents worth.

When I sign up with a company who tells me they pay in 30 days, and they end up paying in 45.. why the heck are they surprised that I'm upset? They're paid from title companies at funding.

I take this as a form of disrespect. If I fax back docs, or fed-ex docs at my leisure, they would come uncorked, no?

Luckily, I'm in a position that I don't NEED their business. I urge those of you in my frame of mind to look at who is paying you in 40 plus days and kick them to the curb as I will/have.

When they decide to pre-pay me (some have) or treat me with respect, I will help them again.

It's happening all over and becoming an epidemic. The only thing you can do is turn them down if they call again.

Or ask them to list you on the HUD for payment upon disbursement.
