Question for NJ NSA

Had a signing tonight for a refi on a second home in NJ. Borrower lives in CA. In the package was a 'Seller's Residency Certification/Exemption'. It asked for the sellers info, property address, and some questions (that according to the bo, did not apply to him). Is this something the Bo must complete and sign? Or was this in the refi pkg in error? TIA

That form should only be used if

Someone is added or removed from the deed or Intial Purchase.

Re: Question for NJ NSA - Thanks!

I swear some processors throw random forms in the packages just to confuse us! Good thing we have this board.
