I think I saw it on PAW's website under the downloads section. I think that's what your looking for.

eLynx is free, and PAW has it on his website

Yes, it's a free software. PAW has it and several other edocs software programs on his website. If you scroll down a few pages, two members listed a couple of other sites that also have links to the most used edocs software as well.
