I've only done one closing for them. I won't do another. S-l-o-o-w pay -- and I normally don't even make my first collection call till well past 60 days.

Used to go by another name I've looked in my records but can't find it. I visited their office last year in Pittsburgh. The office does exist in a nice highrise.
I've worked for them about two years and only once did I get a check without chasing it.
They are a struggling company like the rest, you'll get paid but be prepared to work hard for it.

If this is Real Estate One - REO Land Service on Forbes Avenue in Pittsburgh - you will harrass them for months and months for your payment. I have one for March/2007 out and they had the audacity to call me for a job last week. I felt really bad because I was quite rude to the new scheduler. Unfortunately, he has the same name as the guy who signs the checks.

I'm filing suit next week.
