Received notice of someone filing bankruptcy

I just opened my mail and it is addressed to my signing company and the debtors are Michael & Siri Stoddart out of Fairview Texas. Has anyone ever heard of him? Does he run a signing company or title company? It says he might owe me money so it may not pertain to me in the long run. I guess we may start seeing more of these types of letters in the near future.

This does not affect you directly. Your signing company shows up on a list of creditors, and your signing company probably indicated that you could have done a signing for them, that was for Stoddart's company. You can read the full story here:
