Extremely slow pay company. I have done 2 for them and 1 took 65 days for payment. I am still waiting on payment that is now 73 days. Be cautious. Unless I'm on the HUD, I will not take anymore from them. Ridiculous for a Title co.

They met my fee and paid me for both my invoices in just under 45 days....one a no-sign so I can't complain. I'd work for them again.

Thanks for the input Linda

I felt good about them because they called ME and needed a W-9 before they could issue payment. I faxed it immediately. I just figured since it was my 1st with them, it took time to get me in their system. Now, waiting 73 days for the 2nd payment is just plain riduclous. Just no excuse at all in my opinion. Thanks for you input though.
Goes to show that we can't always rely on other's experiences both good and not so good.
