I have been asked to Notarized a Document for an application for a busiess license for Nevada, I'm in California. I've never had one of these before was wondering if anyone knew anything about this.

Is there a notary certificate on it?

We notarize signatures, not documents.

Yes I did ask her if she had the proper notary certificate on it & she said yes

Just remember you always notarize according to your states laws.
If it is from out of state make sure you have the correct venue for where you are notarizing.
