Was October better for most of you?
It turned out to be an ok month so far even with 7 days off. Only 2 on the books for next week so far. It was much better then last month for sure.
Loans that are making it to table so far are still, good credit, lots of equity or FHA loans.

Not so good for me. Down 75%
But since there are no subprimes, the signings go much faster. The people who can qualify are getting loans they are happy with, and no surprises, so they just sign.

a great month for me... much better then August and Sept. I think it's only going to get busier... everyone seems to be doing FHA now... it is taking longer to get them to the table, but I have definitly seen an increase in business... if you diversify yourself you will be busy...

I had a good month and I do think that it will pick up more as this mess is getting straightend out, if we can hold hold just little while longer. I know some of you have had to pick up other work, I am thankful that I am still able to do this full time, here in MT there are not many notaries in this area so I think I am pretty safe for now.....

I've done better this October than for September; have 3 next week for a total of 32 this month. I did 30 last month!

We're mot likely to see too many FHA loans in most areas of Calif, since there are few properties worth less than the limit. It depends, of course, on the LTV, but it seems conforming loans aren't too common anymore.

Worse than Aug and Sept
I was allot better in Aug and Sept. This was the slowest month since the 1st month I started, Seven years ago.
