Why, Oh, Why?? Re: Signing Central

I just went into Signing Central to try to place a comment on a signing service, I found them listed under their name, but when I clicked on it, Mr. Computer told me I need to sign in to see more information. I signed in, and the SS listing was gone. Signed out, and Voila! there it is again. Signed in under hubby's premier membership ID, and POOF. Gone. Signed out, there it is.

What to do about this? Any suggestions?
