I have done closings for some people in July and can not get them by phone or email. Who can I use to try to get my money.

Call in your local area to find collection agencies, except for the fact that they are going to try to take more then half the money, when you get a collection agency, you need them to collect fees for them calling and then split them.

I just hired American Notary U.S., she is very reasonable and is trying real hard to get me my money. I would recommend her.

If you use Dunn & Bradstreet ...

It will cost $24, and it will INCLUDE filing a collection account onto that debtor's credit report.

Note - I do not believe you can legally add any interest or fees to collections, UNLESS those 'credit terms' were disclosed at the time of service.
