Has anyone heard if this company went out of business? I have 2 clsoings owed to me one from Aug and the other from Sept. Cant get an answer on the phone.

Heavens yes, this has been discussed adnauseum here. They closed their doors on September 14th and many notaries, abstractors, etc are out loads of money in unpaid invoices. To make matters worse, many have gotten chargebacks from UPS for packages shipped using the EFS shipping acct #.

I have 3 outstanding closings for EFS that I have not been paid for. I understand they have gone under. Watch them. They may possible come back under a new business. If you keep accurate records, watch and match phone numbers.

good point, when you call their number, it still is on... you get the recording... again, I wish they only owed me for 3.
