NR history I am sure.........I have not been on here for weeks and I read this.... I read lc/fl 's profile when the thread started... I accidently clicked on her profile when I was moving to the top of the page and OMG she has changed it.....that is what she was doing I guess while everyone was typing.....

HI EV ONE... Hope you are all great

Well at least some of the points must have gotten through to her so I give her credit for not being quite as thickheaded and stubborn as I thought.

THX! I started a new biz (nothing to do w/ notary) and have

been busy w/ that... it has been a really good venture and keeps me busy but I cannot wait until the market turns around and I can do more stamping....

in my free time I go outside and play w/ my tortoises... so much fun!

YEP, DIDNT WANT ANYONE TO SAY THEY DIDNT KNOW! NOW NO EXCUSE FOR THE RUDE, UNCOMPASSIONATE AND OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR.

It does give signing companies the "heads up" so they know whether to call you or not.

IF they call you and the borrower is aware then there will be no need for the "rude, uncompassionate and obnoxious behaviour of the borrower"

Liza

I just looked at your profile. I know several companies that would not call you, and it isn't because of your little chihuah.
Both phone number and e-mail address are "available on request"

When I see the info is only available on request, I move on to the next signing agent. I often don't have time to go to other websites for the persons information. And as others in the area have their information at hand, then I would go with them rather than someone who makes it difficult to get the information.

Re: she covers the entire state of FL?????

From where we live it takes us over 4 hours to drive north to the Florida/Georgia border, and about 4 hours to drive south to Miami.

Total Area - 58,560 Square Miles
Land Area - 54,252 Square Miles
Total Water Area - 4,308 Square Miles
Rank Among States in Total Area - 22nd
Length North to South - 447 Miles
Width East to West - 361 Miles
Distance from Pensacola to Key West - 792 Miles by Road

Hmmm Wonder Woman could cover the whole state.

Re: 6.5 hours from me to Miami..1.5 hours to GA

For someone to put they cover the whole state of Florida puts them on my "black list"
Because the only way they could do that would be as a signing service. And why should I call another signing service?

It seems to be easy for some Sylvia.

Out here on the WA coast is a lady who says she and another notary cover an area the size larger than RI. You women have it going on when it comes to travelling great distances. Smile

Re: It seems to be easy for some Sylvia.

I used to cover 4 counties, and it got too much for me - even though I was getting in excess of $200 for the farthest counties. I dropped down to 2 counties.

I find it hard to believe that someone covers the whole state of Florida.

Rhode Islands area is not that bad:. Its distances North to South are 48 miles and East to West 37 miles.

I have never seen a post go on and on and on. I read this today because I was bored. Off to my closing now.
