25 dollars breaks a deal.. Pretty sad

Lost out, would of made a whooping 4 closings for the month but my fee was to much by 25. Darn no need to find a baby sitter, print docs (if they even come on time) fight shore traffic all within the next 2 hours...lol My loss (Not)

Oh come on! One time I lost a signing from LSI, for just 5 dollars! I couldn't believe it!

5 bucks is unreal, all deals this month are last minute

I think 6 hours was the biggest lead time so far. I find these types are 80% wait for doc loans. They are more trouble most times then they worth (at least for me if Kim is not home)

That is sad! I have had signing agents whose fee was a little more than I pay because the signing was a little further than they normally went for me, and I have paid them the extra. If the fee is where I won't make anything at all, but I know the signing agent is the best in that area, I will call the title company and have them work with the signing agent direct.
The bottom line is the clients best interest.
