Accusigning - Out of Business?

Has anyone heard whether or not Accusigning is still in business? I tried calling (916) 652-9331 and faxing (916) 652-9388 and both #'s are disconnected and no longer in service.

Dacclose = Closed out of business..lot of them are dropping out..
