AmTrust is the only lender doing e-signings at this moment?

Can you get them directly from title or all of their signings are going thru SS also. I wonder how much the SS are really getting in the HUD for this type of signings.

my friend owns a SS and Placer title will only allow 125.00 for the e-signing and if the notary prints all docs an addditional 25.00...They will not raise there fees

As far as I know, Amtrust developed this & is promoting it. You can get trained & "certified" on their website, so that you will be in their database as qualified & trained. I've gotten the distinct impression that this is to their benefit, and they haven't really considered the additional cost to the notary (aircard requirement).
