Anyone see the new TOPDOG ads? they are promoting it like
it is a news update with 2 anchors... like a news break....
for quite a few levels this really bothers me... the biggest being that it appears to be news anchors that the public knows and trusts convincing you to go to their company. ... didn't they hear about the mortgage implosion and how ev1 is sick of being tricked and bamboozled? sheesh
and of course JMO

Did 2 a week apart for them. First one everything was in place (yes duplicates of lots of stuff). The 2nd one, the borrower got their docs and I got title docs. The borrowers didn't know what to do with the docs that came to them. They had used some for scratch paper. It was a mess. Wasn't too impressed with them. JMO

Do we really believe that Mick and Keith had any idea what type of mortgage company was backing their American tour? Did they care? But those commercials sure got sleazy Ameriquest all kinds of business!!

People used to ask me why their Ameriquest fees were so high...(naturally I guaged my audience) I would reply: Remember the Super Bowl? How else are they going to pay for those ads. They would shrug and sign. Never understood their complacency...
