Anyone working in MI- really are you working out there?

I was gone for 2 weeks and only missed 4 calls- I have 2 for this week and that is it. I thought that June 2007 was the worst it could be...well 2008 is turning out the worst in 5 years.

Someone is accepting lowball fees- I keep getting calls and turning them down- someone is taking them. Must be using employers printer and paper- or they would be working for next to free.

It's been a slow month. But overall 2008 has been much better than 2007. I try not to get too stressed out over a bad week or a bad month. This industry can really be a rollercoaster ride. I did turn down a generous $45 offer today to drive almost an hour for a loan mod.

limping along, but 2008 is horrible for me, 2007 was a record breaker until August.....I'm guessing Al is doing a lot of local REO work..........

Thanks for the responses! I was on a great stide until May- now I am stressing out. Last year it was slow June, July and August....so I am keeping my fingers crossed that things will pick back up as they did last year.

A little of everything. A few REOs a week, a few reverse mortgages a week, a few loan mods a week, a few purchases a week. I can't hitch my wagon to any one thing or one company right now. No one company is busy enough to load me up.
