Well last month, I did not have an EOM. This is day 5 this month no calls what so ever. I never thought it would get this bad. I know things will never be as they were, but I never thought it would get this bad. How are others in Fla are doing?

Trickling in...

getting 1-2 call/day and now that my internet is fixed (keeping fingers crossed) I can finally accept some of them - one last night - one tonite and a call for a rev. mortgage for Monday that I couldn't take because they wouldn't meet my fee. The ones I am being offered are paying well, too. Hope this keeps up.

I haven't had a closing in a month!!!!!! And none of my friends who are SAs have either. I even went out and got a part time job that pays quite well and I work when I want, get paid cash, etc. But still want to do signings when and if they ever come this way.
