CLOSINGQUEST
I closed a loan for this company on 4/23/08 with e-docs. no pay as yet and no response to 2 e-mails sent to them. anyone else having a problem with them? appreciate any info anyone may have.

This company is slow slow slow. I finally got payment for January in May and still waiting for March's payment. I just keep on bugging them for payment. I have gotten a reply from the accounting dept stating they are working on payments and they are behind. Many notaries are disgusted with this company.

Didn't someone post a little bit ago that Closing Quest told them they're paying at about 120 days, more or less? I seem to remember something along those lines.

Looks like the attorney-only thing is enforced in GA about as stringently as the TPL requirement is in your neck of the woods, WDMD...make you wonder, doesn't it?

Yeah but I think the bar association does protect their turf. I wouldn't want to go up against them.

Apparently they don't considering the number of GA signing agents we know post here..I wouldn't want to go up against them either..but it's happening in GA..
