Cancellation Policy

It sure would be nice if a title company has a no pay policy because of a cancellation that they would at least have the courtesy to tell you about the cancellation instead of letting you hang believing you are going to get paid.

I was aware of the no pay policy, figured not many reverse mortgages are not going to fund. Turns out, this one didn't fund because the POA got busted for alleged elder abuse and the lender found out before funding, then refused to fund.

Just a good indication of their opinion/attitude towards Notaries. Which is one reason why it just kills me to see how many notaries are willing to 'do favors' for a company. It's not even remembered; much less appreciated.

They do remember ...they say "Well the last time you.....", but they don't appreciate it if you do a favor.
