Got a call Friday, May 30 from these people to do a simple refi. Got doc's. today June 2.
180 pages, called and told them it wasn't simple to me, 180 pages. The lady was VERY QUICK and Rude. She did ok a fee increase of $25.00, said she would send a conf. to that effect.
Haven't got it an hour later, they are going to have to find someone else for this one. I don't need their work.

That is a routine loan package for me. What did you charge? How far were you driving?

Sue - I never get that many packages that large -maybe 3 - 4 in the 4 years I have been doing this. I average 75 - 120 pages at the most.

180 pages is a first and a equity, not ever that many pages in most cases.

That was TWO loans? Sounds reasonable to me - my piggybacks so far have all been over 200 pages - for one set..

Maybe I'm missing something in the first post she said they requested a simple refi (not a 1st and 2nd ) there should be an additional fee for the 2nd at least 50.00. Are you guys saying you don't charge for a 2nd loan 180 pages is not simple it is however the usual for 2 loans but you should be charging more than 25.00 for printing and closing the 2nd IMHO
