Correction

Back in message# 249904, I made some statements about the way purchase closings are handled in NY.

I received an email from someone in another part of NY, pointing out that what I described is not the way it's handled in her part of the state. Mea culpa - what I described is generally the way it's done in the NYC area, but that's not the way it's done statewide.

I stand corrected, and will order a side of fries and a Coke with that crow...
