Maybe they thought that you work cheaper there because you can only charge .50 for notarizations. Did they try that line on you?

I wonder what happen when they hang up the phone from you after you tell them you can't work at that price.? Do they find the person to do what they ask at their price? Do they tell the title company they can't find anyone to close the loan? Is the price increased after we say no? I would love to know what happen if we all keep our price above what they offer. Is there always someone accepting the lower fee?
