E-Signings

NNS is looking for anyone interested in E-Signings.At present, we are only offering point & click. We can train you and even offer a particular region so you are guaranteed repeat business. The first one or two might be longer signings, but as you get more comfortable, the time will should actually be less. A lot of lenders are trying to move toward E-Signs and NNS wants to be able to offer experience. We will also be offering J-Peg signings within 6 months.
Currently, I know of no sites where you can filter notaries by E-Signs. We now offer this in our database of nearly 15,000 notaries/attorneys. If you wish to become an E-Signer, please send me an e-mail. I will contact you within 24 hours to discuss. [e-mail address]

Bob, what is the fee your organization is authorized to pay to LSA's for attending/conducting these esigning accommodations?

Is there a charge to be listed in your database? and how long have you all been in business?

We don't charge to be in our system. As far as fees, NNS is currently paying 30% more than wet signs. The first one or two take longer, but once you get than hang of it, an E-Sign should in theory be quicker. There are not many people experienced or willing to learn. A lot of lenders are moving toward E-Signs and NNS wants to be able to offer them experience. This is not advertising, I use NotRot to hire good notaries.

So, your fee for these is $65?

Not too long ago you announced due to TREMENDOUS volume you were going to pay notaries $50 - I'm not the best at math but 30% more would be $15 - for a total of $65?
