Effective July 1st for Indiana notaries

New sales disclosure form on PURCHASES. There supposedly is a change where the state will be filing the initial Homestead and Mortgage Exemption on purchases since the new homeowner always seems to forget. (Rumor only I haven't confirmed this yet). The link to the new form is http://www.in.gov/icpr/webfile/formsdiv/46021.pdf . New form is 12 pages. Old one if it was printed from the state site was 4 pages.

Went a week without a call.. nada nothing.. Hell I couldn't even turn anything down. Plus I am legal to do closings in 2 states soo you would think that would be bonus. Been slow here in Southern Indiana.
