Field Inspection List for $9.95
Afternoon
There is a notary in Florida that charges $9.95 for a compiled list of companies that hire notaries to take drive-by photos of properties, etc.
Has anybody heard of or used this list?
If so, has it worked, basically is it worth the $9.95?
Any help is appreciated

I am using the list and am making between$100-500 per month from companies on the list, depending on which assignments I choose to take, and I am kind of picky about the assignments.
To me, it is worth it.
FWIW, I could do more than this, but am picking and choosing the creamiest of assignments in a small area.

Get the list and start visiting the websites on it. This is a widely varied field.
Each type of inspection and each company pays differently.
(Yes, it is well worth it.)

All I can say is WoW! I'm very happy that you are all happy
with the list that I provide.
I have been working since 10am this morning and just got home to an email box full of orders so please be patient. I've had a full day of merchandising and (thankfully) closings.
I wish everyone that orders the list(s) the best luck and I just want to remind you that you get out what you put in. Remember when you started your signing business and you spent hours on the computer signing up with hundreds of TCs & SSs? Well, that's what you can expect to be doing if you want to make any money with field inspections and merchandising.
Now, I need a shower!

Becca,
Your email was rejected for **content**, not a bad address. Apparently, whatever your email contains is not accepted by the spam/virus protection system installed on her hosts incoming mail server.
It could be something as simple as the attachment not being allowed. Try "zipping" the attachment and mailing it again.
