I would like all those good notaries out there to provide via email to [e-mail address]:
Your name, the amount owed, the name and address of the Escrow/Title companies that hired Get It Signed Notary, LLC where you performed the service and Get It Signed Notary LLC failed to pay.
I would like to put together a letter to send to each of these companies listing all the companies involved, the name of the Notary and the amount owed. I will email you a copy of the letter and I will pay the postage.

I found it on MapQuest, used arial view and discovered it is a residential street. Why did I decide that? Because of pools in back yards that don't look like anything that I would use for a competition. All bldg. approx. same size (small - prob. $1M out there)

I wouldn't put anyones personal phone number on here, however as she has this listed as her business address. The phone number is different than the one in Signing Central which is probably a cell phone number.

Wow! Sylvia you are really amazing! How you get all that info from people! LOL, I guess I won't be paid, who in their right mind want to rent to a perfect stranger! I have rental property but I won't rent to anyone in my own home!

As of the beginning of this year, signing services in CA must have an address other than a PO Box to stay in business ( so maybe all my B***ching to my elected officials actually produced some result!), so as listed above, I checked the business portal at the ca.gov site. If you run her address at USPS.com you will see that the address may not be deliverable. However, I had FedExed completed docs to her there, so I sent a certified letter/return recepit requested to her address on Manzanita and it was signed for.
Now, all you people who have been burned please email me with the info I requested. I say, if they want to burn us, then all is fair....
The companies she does business with should know what she is doing. Let's cut to the heart of her business as she has cut to the heart of ours.
BTW, I have gone to the BBB and lodged a complaint, I have also updated the address they have for her.

I am owed from April too! I will contact you shortly. I contact the escrow officer involved, and she wasn't very concerned at all, in fact, I got the impression, that she was covering for her...I am with you all the way. She owes me $150.00 and has had more than enough time to do so.
