Getitsigned notary and Crysal Caballero

I did a signing of just a subordination agreement by this person who was hired by Full Spectrum Properties in April. No response to my invoices and now her phone number is disconnected.

When I called the Title Company, they said she was paid the next day but they are getting calls from other notaries she hasn't paid.

Stay away from her and this Company.

This company is owned and operated by Vanessa Caballero, Crystal is her sister and works with her. Who knows ,she may be an owner as well. There are several recent comments about this company. I think that "full spectrum properties" is a misnomer- they scheduled countrywide full spectrum lending loans, and related paperwork.
