Help with a phrase

Is it better to say I am a Certified Mortgage Closing Agent or Certified Mortgage Signing Agent or Certified Loan Signing Agent?
Any opinions?

if not NNA, say who certified citing their designation given

Whoever certified you certified you as SOMETHING - so whatever that was, that's the title you should use. You can't (or at least shouldn't) make up your own certification.
