JUST GREAT....another service lost to Signing Agencies

I have been doing loan applications for a very well paying Morgage Broker, just found out that they are now using SAs instead of calling the notary directly....now we all know that we are not going to be offered anything near what they are getting paid.

Since you have been doing them for some time, why not on them, reason with them; explain how it is more cost effective and efficient to continue to work with you. What reason did they give you for going with a signng agency?? It might not be too late, don't let them off the hook that easily.

I tried Sheila, they said it is now company procedure to go through 2 signing companies. I signed up with both companies a long time ago and have never received any work from either.
