Fee??? The prince sum of $50.00 for the e-docs and $20.00 extra for the pictures! gag, gag, retch, retch.

Quoted my fee of $1XX.00. Says the young lady, "I'll note that by your name and if we can get that approved, I'll call you back."

What the h___ are they thinking when gas is $4.55 a gallon and my time is worth something! Think I'll take my girls for a walk instead, at least they appreciate me!

They think we are not in business, we are just here to have some fun and play games with the next person who calls. Will they call again? Yes.... if they really need help and want professional help. I stick it to them when the call back.

Problem is that they aren't thinking about us at all. They are only thinking about their own business plans -- if they even have one. And too many of them conclude that they can only get clients by reducing their fees. Then then figure they will just take it out of our hides. And unfortunately, there are apparently enough notaries out there who are foolish enough or desperate enough to fall for it. It's all very sad!

I just got a call from ATM for a closing on Monday. The guy states "I show your base fee as $45 for overnight and $20 extra for edocs," and I say no my fee is $XX. Well he was going to call around to see if someone could do it for the $45 price. My gosh why can't ATM just disappear?
