LIA SIGNINGS....CROOKS!!!

Has anyone ever gotten paid from these people? I did two signings over 2 months ago and nothing yet? You can't get anyone on the phone....EVER! They have an accounting link on their website, I filled it out and still no answer. I have a family to feed, for Pete's sake!!!

Aside from the fact that he seems to think he's the only one who knows how to work the search feature on this board, who in their right mind would take the time to make up a list like that? That had to take at least an hour, probably more. And for what, just to answer for the 846,559th time on this board that Lia signing sucks?

Contact the title company and the lender. They need to know what is going on and also that they may be named in any legal actions. If everyone does this I doubt Lia will be able to get business.

I believe LSI may be getting wise. I received a call last week from another SS and LIA called me within 5 minutes after accepting from the first SS, to schedule the same signing. It was a pleasure to tell them I had already accepted the job from the other SS. Had two more yesterday from that same SS that were LSI closings.

Nope, me either!! I did a quick (1) signature for them, thank goodness... That was in Dec 07. They have called me back 3 times and are "shocked" every time I tell them I haven't been paid yet?? Will never do work for them again, even if I am paid for the '07 work...
