LSI in PA

I just added a rating in Signing Central for LSI in PA, after learning the hard way that they pay only half fee for no-signs. Their fees were never high but they always paid on time and their schedulers are helpful.

My last 2 jobs were both no-signs even though I spent a lot of time with the borrowers. I wonder how they decided that half is a fair trip fee? Other in Signing Central state that they got a full fee for no-signs in the past. Beware… the half fee puts them in the “I don’t start my car for that amount” category.
