Lia-

These people are deadbeats. Do not do business with them. They owe me a total of $55 for two modifications. One in January and one in April. If they can't afford this small amount, they cannot be in very good shape. They are located in Salem, WI. They do not answer their phone nor do they respond to voicemail messages. The two modification I did were for Wells Fargo.

Well....gotta ask you...why did you accept #2 in April if they didn't pay for January?
And $27.50 per mod....why? Makes no sense.

$55 total for two jobs?

Who's worse, the crappy SS that offers peanuts or the crappy signing agent that takes peanuts and screws it for the rest of us. Sorry Jay, but you don't rock at all. My feeling is you got what you deserved.

Re: $55 total for two jobs?

Careful who you jump on. These are single notarizations, 1 page and within 2 miles of my home. My rates for closings, both cash and lender are right up there. I turn down the companies who try to low-ball me.

Re: $55 total for two jobs?

I get $75 to $110 for one page loan mods in my area from several different companies. Whether they're one mile away or not, you do the industry a disservice and hurt all of us by accepting such fees. It's amazing how those who accept low fees always say it was only a mile or two away.

Ridiculously low, IMHO.

Keep on helping those fees drop by taking them that cheaply.

Re: Ridiculously low, IMHO.

Jeeze, does no one know how to read anymore? It ain't about the money, it's about the promises made. It was a one signature, one page, 2 miles from my house. Pay attention!
