they had the nerve to call me on Friday for a last minute edoc signing for $75. Apparently, they found someone because I didnt hear back from them. Hope they got what they paid for!

I did a job for them in January. Very low fees, but they did pay timely. Very picky. Wanted me to fax entire package(about 7 pages) and I had to wait for them to call me to tell me when to drop package. I hope they don't call again.

They just called me to do an e-doc 1st mtge for $75!!!!! I told them "no thanks!" Unfortunately, they'll probably find some desperate enough to do it!
