North Carolina Notaries - E-Debut of E-Recording!
It's probably safe to say that Guilford County Register of Deeds Jeff Thigpen is the only register of deeds in the state with the wherewithal to coax 160 people to a deeds presentation on electronic recording, but Thigpen managed to do just that and, on Friday, June 6, he packed the Board of Commissioners' meeting room in the Old Guilford County Court House with clients of his office, state officials and deeds dignitaries.
