Notaries Express walnut creek, Ca.
I would not work for again. Payment is slow, I have had to ask for my check on every signing and they are cheap-not worth the hassle-not a good company.

I did a signing for them last March and found out later that the rate lock expired bfore the RTC (never had that happen) and so the loan fell out of escrow. The have a no pay policy when a loan cancels but they assured me loan would be redrawn and I would get the assignment and would be paid my original fee plus the resign fee....still waiting....beware folks. I took my chances, stupid me.

Re Walnut Creek, Ca. I would have to say never again. Poor business practices. PM me if you need more info.

No, this one is in Walnut Creek. I believe the owner is Svitlana Stosen.

Svitlana Stosen has never worked out of Sacramento. Notary Express is a different company.

yes, they do have a no fund, no pay policy, but so does everyone else....they do disclose it on the confirmation. I took a chance with them, received payment and have been working with them since. No issues, always paid on all files within 30 days.
