OK, WHO STOLE MY BAGEL(S)????

I bought a package of bagels...6 in the pack... next time 5 and next time... you guessed it 4... and they want us to lower our prices? The food companies are getting creative... making the new package look as big as the old one...

Mom didn't notice that her 2 gallons of ice cream

was really only 1.5 quarts of ice cream. And yes, same price as 2 quarts.

Your first problem is that you're buying them in a package - those ain't bagels, those are bread doughnuts...

Come to NY, Zee - we'll show you what a real bagel is... Smile

I don't know if that deep-dish stuff you guys call pizza is really pizza - I'd take a brick-oven thin crust any day... Smile

Shrinking product for the same cost is nothing new

Diaper companies did it years ago.

To tell you where my priorities are....

I got po'd when I noticed the ice cream shrinkage. From 2 qts to 1.75 qts now 1.5 qts. What's next, a dozen eggs go down to 10 eggs? Maybe we should have stayed with that "new math" concept that they tried and gave up on in the 70's.

14oz can of coffee... what the heck is that???

12 oz is 3/4 of a pound.

but 14??? It's just a little less and they think the dummy doesn't notice.

I notice... but I like this coffee.
