That doesn't mean anything unfortunately. Years ago there was a guy lived across the street from us in base housing, he came home from work and died of a heart attack, and he had just had a check up that day and was pronounced fit.
Another friend worked his last day and was looking forward to his retirement. He was in his chair relaxing and his wife went into the kitchen, when she returned he had had a heart attack and died. (But in his case, he had been complaining of "indigestion" for a couple of days)
