One Touch Closings

I see their bad reputation here in several older posts. They seem to claim that they got rid of a partner and have turned things around. Anyone know if there is any truth to that they have turned things around?

I would never work for them again

But maybe others have had better dealings with them. I almost pressed TOS charges on them.

Check came same day I was going to file.

I heard that same story back in January 2007, WDMD.

According to the Division of Corporations, the report filed in October 07 listed the President of the corp. as David Desimone, and the VP as Thomas Pagan.
Annual report filed 5/2/08 - last month - the officers have been changed to Thomas Pagan as president and Victoria Ruiz as VP. The address was also changed.

So, it appears they got rid of David Desimone.
Maybe Vikki is doing her best now to repair their reputation.

Took an assignment on March 6 and just now received payment. 90 days is not acceptable as far as I am concerned.
