You gotta do your own homework. What does it COST you to do a signing here, there, wherever? What do you need to have over cost to stay in business? Voila! You have 'your fee'. Stick to it. Disclosure papers are a/k/a RESPA signings. From reading this & other boards, it's my impression that they take as long as, if not longer than, the actual RM. (Never done one because I don't want to.) But, if you need figures handed to you--check out PAWs post a page or two back.
