Turned 'em down cold yesterday unless they wanted to pay me IN ADVANCE based on negative Not Rot feedback file. Hated to lose the promised $xxx.xx fee, but time spent chasing these SS down for your money just isn't worth it to ME. I know times are tough, but SOMEONE has to stand up to these people who don't pay their notaries. If more of us do the same, their kind might get the message someday.

Your absolutely RIGHT! Used to do many for them, then they started paying 60 days out! No more I said. I haven't heard from them in over a year!
