Small Claims

I'm sure it's happening to everyone. Not getting paid for signings. Ive thought about just writing it off but services have been renderded! We deserve to be paid. Has anyone actually gone through the small claim process? Is it really worth n $80.00 or $200.00 fee? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Winning in Small Claims Court does NOT get you paid. Just gets a lien which may never be paid.

It works if you do it right. Usually the cost is about $60 to file which you then add to the amount owed.
