Something I have not seen in almost a year

I did 2 sub-prime loans this week and not FHA either. That was a big shock 600 credit scores and 90% LTV

I was wondering how they got through.

I also had a Homecomings Financial last week. Loan was assigned to GMAC.

Yes, they are still around. Somehow the brokers are getting someone to buy those loans.
The crooks are still out there.
