DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Closing scheduled 2 days in advance. they cancelled 2 hour before the closing with no reason. Did not make proper notifications to the borrower. Unprofessional and difficult to contact. I recommend avoiding them.

I did a signing for this company and had no problem getting in touch with the owner Steve..I called him multiple times for clarification since I am relatively new. He was very helpful. Signing was completed on 6/13/08...

We cancelled this closing due to the borrower requesting through their loan officer that we send a different notary. We did not want to disclose that information as we thought it was unnecessary at the time, but obviously we were wrong. Our confirmations state that the notary is to make confirmation with the borrower as the notary is the one that is going to go out to meet with the borrower.
