Gotta give a partial thumbs up to them! Payment was over 45 days, but it was paid in
full. They called for a simple refi and I quoted my price. They accepted it, sent the docs, but it was a RM. Called them and upped my price. They accepted. Finished the signing, but the borrower rescinded. I didn't know that when I called for my payment the first of June. When the check
hadn't arrived when they indicated it would, I called back and was told it had rescinded, and my check was in the mail. It arrived yesterday.
