Got mine too. I had a theory that the bankruptcy was just a myth, guess I was wrong. Glad to see that if I do loose my money, they do it right, and actually do declare bankruptcy. I didn't want to give up chasing my money just because that scumbag Luis said they were declaring, I wanted to make sure they put their money where their mouth was and actually go through the proceedings.

SO .....

perhaps the trustee would like to know that the same individuals just closed their doors and opened the exact same business with the exact same clients and the exact same vendors. Perhaps the trustee wouldn't care. Perhaps the AG of Maryland would. If they owed me money, which they don't because I was finished with 'their ways' at least 5 years ago, I sure would let the AG & the trustee know. Maybe illegal, maybe not. Maybe fraud, maybe not.

As Sue said, if I had outstanding invoices with this company (I do not), I would inform any legal entity that might have some power to look into what is going on with these two companies.

BTW, I google the phone # given above and came up with a union newsletter from 2000.

Why don't you do us all a favor...

Why not just post it here? (I recommend in a new thread.) I also long ago quit working for them, as have many, I've sure. But if they called working under a different name, I'd bet we'd all like to know... I know I would!
