I don't know the guy and have never done work for him, but his name has come up several times in the past, usually brought up by people he owes money to.
He just resurfaced, pitching seminars on how to do short sales to Realtors in this area. If anyone is still trying to track him down, PM me - I have a new phone number and email address for him.

Not yet... his email about the short sale seminar says in part:
"This seminar will be given by a LICENSED [his emphasis] New York Attorney..."
Suggesting that there are unlicensed attorneys giving similar seminars, I guess...
