Unless the lender funds on Saturday, yesterday was the last day to sign.

NVM, I'M GOING BACK TO BED....

I can't take all of these phone calls for closings, it just won't stop ringing, I'm double-booked and today is the last day to sign so it will fund on Monday.

I was wrong and I admit it Smile

Re: I'm wrong, that was a brainfart.....

If the Borrower signs tomorrow (Thursday) the loan can not fund until 7/1/08 as the recission expires midnight of 6/30. If your recission calendar states different, I suggest you get a new one.

Please Claudine tell me it ain't so.....

Our recessions are calendared, no no it can't be ~ just kidding of course. I know you get it but for those who might wonder what I'm talking abut the word is rescission. It comes from the verb to rescind. I took a class several months ago for my mandatory real estate continuing education credits and I walk into the classroom and the instructor has "recession" written on the blackboard just as big as life talking about the 3 day right of rescission.
