Just to make you jealous, I did my first HELOC for Toyota Federal Credit Union today. Twenty seven (27) pages! Three notarizations, one DOT and a couple of title docs. Fast and easy!! Actually it’s been a long time since I’ve done any HELOC. But this was a breeze. Good deal for the borrower too.
